Do I need to fight to protect my life?
Does it need to be done RIGHT NOW no options?

IF NOT: Tell your amygdala to RELAX by:
BREATHING
SHAKE IT OFF
LAUGH

    I really like it!
    So your amygdala ( ANIMAL BRAIN )tells you to be angry or scared.

    your Prefrontal Cortex solves your problems and makes you think before you act.

    your hippocampus ( wise old owl ) stores your knowledge and your schema
